Now I’m always connected

So 120Mb may seem like nothing to you T-Mobile web’n'walkers but its the first time I’ve had included data on my mobile tariff and I was thinking earlier on how to best use it.

The first thing is a traffic monitor to ensure I dont exceed my allowanoce. After a brief search I turned up a couple of options, in the end I opted for Efficasoft GPRS traffic monitor (www.efficasoft.com), it cost less than five pounds and its a nice piece of software. I also had a brief encounter with their technical support after I registered the incorrect owner name when purchasing. They were happy to help and quickly generated me a new serial number with the correct owner name.

My next targets are a good RSS reader for smartphone and a VNC client. The later will not be easy as there are only a few available and I fear the quality isnt that great.

Im open to suggestions and welcome your comments.
