Firstly want to apologise to my regular readers, I haven’t posted for almost three weeks which is a first for me. In the run up to Christmas work has been really hectic trying to tie up lots of loose ends which made posting good quality articles almost impossible, then when I finished work ready for Christmas I decided to disconnect for a while and give myself a very welcome break.

This has all added up to a nice relaxing Christmas spent with family and feels and now leaves me feeling refreshed ready for 2008.
